Our CSR Commitment

At GVS Group, corporate social responsibility is at the heart of our strategy. As a committed player in the wine industry, deeply connected to nature and local regions, we integrate sustainable development challenges into all our activities. Protecting what sustains our profession means safeguarding the future of our industry, our partners, and our territories.

Our CSR policy is built around four fundamental commitments:

Governance: Transparent and Ethical Management

We manage our activities according to principles of transparency, integrity, and compliance with laws, regulations, and our core values. Our governance aims to maintain a sustainable balance between economic performance, social impact, and environmental responsibility.

We promote a culture of ethics in our daily operations through employee awareness initiatives and continuous dialogue with our stakeholders. This approach is supported by an internal code of conduct, a supplier CSR charter, and a responsible purchasing policy, prioritizing partners who share our commitments.

Consumer Health and Safety

We are committed to producing and marketing high-quality wines while strictly ensuring consumer safety.

Our quality management system is based on the IFS and BRC standards, as well as the HACCP approach, ensuring regulatory compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement of our performance. Customer satisfaction and product reliability guide all our processes.

Environment: Reducing Our Environmental Impact

Reducing our environmental footprint is a priority. Our actions focus on decarbonization, responsible resource management, and biodiversity preservation.

Committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we follow a measurable trajectory to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 2034.

Responsible waste management is implemented at every stage of our operations, with the objective of reducing, sorting, and recovering materials wherever possible.

Social & Human: Putting People at the Heart of Our Development

We promote a safe, inclusive, and fulfilling working environment, based on respect, solidarity, and fairness.

We take action to support health and safety, work–life balance, and equal opportunities, from recruitment to career development. Continuous training and skills development support each employee’s professional journey.

Through value-sharing initiatives and strong regional engagement, we sustainably involve our teams in the company’s collective success.

As a committed local stakeholder, we also support local initiatives and regional partnerships.
